NOX Group has been chosen for studying, designing and carrying out construction work for the BMCE Tower in Rabat

The NOX Group has been chosen for the sino-Moroccan CRCC-TGCC consortium for carrying out the mission from the study and design phase right through to conducting construction work for a high rise building (250m off the ground in Rabat), on behalf of BMCE (Moroccan Bank of commerce for foreign trade), named O Tower.

« LBE Fluides » team in Tours joins NOX Group

NOX Group integrated the “LBE Fluides” company on the 27th July, ex-subsidiary of EDEV (EDF Group), who have now become part of NOX Centre-Val de Loire. 15 employees work in the company and have all been integrated into the NOX Group.

Set up in 1993 and located in Tours, LBE is an engineering company specialised in Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. It is operational in sectors for Industry, property, health (hospitals and laboratories) and in the tertiary sector with a speciality in Thalassotherapy and Spas.

LBE will take on the role of organising consulting procedures in the fields of Thermal engineering, climatic engineering, electrical engineering, large kitchens and data management. The company is certified and qualified: RGE (certicate for environmental protection), OPQIBI (certificate for competent building engineering), Passivhaus (Passive house building certification), ICERT (certification for management systems), and RGE NF (certificate for environmental protection and office excellence).

The LBE teams under the supervision of Sylvain Ageneau (Reginal Director for the Great West Group NOX) and Sébastien Billon (head of agency), are already involved in the technical studies and some projects for the Group  subcontracted to them. LBE was integrated in 2015 in its design process and so was the use of the BIM method.

Acquiring “LBE Fluides” meant that Group NOX could expand in the region of Centre-Val de Loire and improve its skills in technical fields with high added value. This as well as expanding our portfolio of clients and architects.

NOX is constructing a new industrial site for Boehringer Ingelheim

Boehringer Ingelheim animal health (ex Merial, Sanofi division for animal health) entrusted Groupe NOX with the project for constructing a new R and D building in view of transferring work from its site in Gerland to the site in Porte des Alpes à Saint-Priest. 

The 200 employees present on the Gerland site, managing research and development activities together with industrialisation are all involved. The project follows the strategy for intentional growth of the company and its ambition to develop new product ranges, directly linked to research and development. Inauguration of the shopping centre PlaYce Palmeraie in Abidjan

PlaYce Palmeraie, second shopping centre designed and operated by CFAO Retail on the Ivory Coast, has just been inaugurated in Abidjan. The ceremony took place under the presidency of Mr Amadou Gon Coulibaly, prime minister for the Ivory Coast, and in the presence of Xavier Desjobert, General Director of CFAO retail. Jérôme Plénard, vice general Director and Habib Tiaïba, Director of international development were on site.

NOX at the inauguration of the geothermal power station in Villejuif

NOX Group took part in constructing the new geothermal power station in Villejuif (94) which was inaugurated on the 15th May 2017. NOX ensured project management for design and construction of the processing building (geothermal, heat pump and boiler room), for the educational building and outside work for landscape, in collaboration with Yves Brangier.
