The NOX Group will also carry out all of the BIM studies and the building will be LEED Gold level certified. Help with project management has been entrusted to Colliers International, specialised in property. The supervising office selected is Qualiconsult. CRCC is the 4th world constructor and TGCC the leader for construction in Morocco.

The base for the future O Tower will accommodate an auditorium with the capacity to seat 350 people as well as services and shops. The first 12 levels will accommodate offices, followed by 55 apartments on the 13th and 26th floor and a luxury 5-star hotel on the top floors. The four floors at the very top will be reserved for high standing apartments.
The sky scraper with 55 levels has been designed by Architects Rafael de La-Hoz and Hakim Benjelloun. Work for laying the foundations is due to start in October 2017 and will last 40 months.

Overall investment needed for conception and construction of the tower is 277 million Euros. This project is promoted by Othman Benjelloun, President of the Group BMCE Bank of Africa, and under the patronage of his Majesty the King Mohammed VI.
