The Anfaplace mall, located on the seafront on Casablanca cliff, was originally designed by the architect Norman Foster strechs on 3 floors and accommodates more than 80 shops, some of which are new in Morocco.
The owner, DELTA Africa, wishes to take advantage of this privileged site and its commercial surface area of 35,000 m², to attract even more customers.
It has launched a project for completely restructuring the shopping centre based on a new design with a new marketing and commercial strategy.
Nox Group is in charge of the entire project management for the technical part and the construction. They are working with AMS, property management and commercial advisory for the Anfaplace. DGLA architectural firm was named for project design.
The sales and services area will be entirely renovated and the site plan for positioning the shops will be completely changed for more coherence. The new layout work will start next July and is will finish in October 2018. The works will be conducted in several steps and will not require the shopping centre to close.
